Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–6 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During peak periods (exam season, sales, festivals), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship all physical products through reliable courier partners across India.

Delivery Time: 4–6 business days depending on your location.

You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped. Delays may occur due to weather, remote location, courier issues, or unexpected events.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping to all major cities and towns is available. In rare cases, delivery may not be possible to very remote or unserviceable PIN codes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on select products and promotions.

For other products, shipping charges may apply and will be shown during checkout based on your delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing items, please:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lawpreptutorial.com with your order ID and issue details.
  • We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts:

  • It may be returned to us by the courier partner.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, and we’ll reach out to you for further steps.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact number entered during checkout are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.
