At Law Prep Tutorial, we take pride in the quality of our physical products, including CLAT booksets and other preparation materials. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept any returns for products purchased from our store. Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We may allow an exchange of your product under the following conditions:

• The request must be raised within 15 days of receiving the product.
• You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging.
• If these conditions are met, we will assess the request and may allow an exchange based on availability.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of returning the item for exchange.

No returns or exchanges will be entertained for reasons such as change of mind, exam cancellation, or incorrect preparation level.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any exchange request at our discretion.
